More than 20 years of strategic EMEA/Global Sales & Marketing experience including senior management roles having designed and delivered managed IT service solutions/projects to many of the world's leading companies in the finance, pharmaceutical & energy sectors. Neil has also worked for companies including IBM, Sun Microsystems, NCR, Storagetek, 2E2 & 4Front Technologies.

Neil has an excellent commercial background with honed interpersonal skills and since first meeting his wife nearly 20 years ago has been Involved within the dance industry for the last 16 years.

Founder of the original Supadance Open Series, changed to be known as the StrictlyVibez Open Series and now The Open Series, which offers a full competitive program and occasion for Juvenile to Amateur & Senior competitors including Teacher Student events and DPA N/L Events now into its 9th year of operation.

Principle event co-ordinator. Director and Principle of Strictly School Dancing Limited based in Basingstoke. Twice Czech Republic 10 Dance Champion, Sarka has been dancing for nearly her entire life as well as teaching dance for more than 20 years. Sarka Brock and her husband, are both responsible for the ongoing development of their hugely successful dance school including schools, competing and non competing students.

Sarka is a renowned coach and mentor to both past and current British and World Champions, Finalists and Team GB members who are amongst her superb team. Sarka is both highly respected and in demand as a teacher of dance.

Event reception manager. Gail has been instrumental over the last 15 years in her association, help and involvement with SSD Ltd. A 'dance mum' with a background in Ballet, Ballroom & Latin and an excellent understanding of the dance industry. Gail is also a professional accountant and has years of experience in the capacity of client relations. Gail quite literally is the keystone in the running of The Open Series.

JOHNY SALMON

Event music. Some people are able to quite simply create a natural following due to their wonderful nature and excellent character. Johny 'the music' Salmon has always brought his own sense of fun to any occasion and The Open Series is no exception. Indeed it could be said that he is like the 'Pied piper of Guildford' leading all during each procession! A dance teacher and former competitor for many years, Johny benefits from extensive knowledge regarding the dance industry.

JAN HOLLOWAY

(ELSBURY)

Event scrutineer. Who does not know Jan? A figure within the dance industry for so many years, a mother to two hugely successful dancers including the British Professional Ballroom champions, Mark & Olga. Jan has acted in the capacity of scrutineer at nearly all Open Series events and prior to that at all SSD events, so our working association together stretches back to 2010! Her services are constantly in demand due to her concsientious and methodical approach to the task in hand. Quite simply put 'Our Jan'.
