NB You MUST be present and available to dance at any Open Series event at least 15 minutes prior to the start of your advertised competition. The organiser and chairman/chairwoman reserve the right to amend the timetable on the day of the event if absolutely necessary. With a pre-published fully timed schedule, we are not able to wait for competitors who are late to arrive to the venue. If it is at all possible, changes to the event schedule may be made to accommodate such though this remains entirely at the discretion of the organiser and event chairman/chairwoman. Competitors are responsible for their own travel and must ensure prompt arrival well in advance of their published events at the venue. The organisers decision(s) in relation to managing any aspect of the event(s) are final.

Cancellation Policy: Please note, there are no refunds for tickets pre purchased, event entries or table purchases at any Open Series events. The Open Series management reserve the right to refuse entry and or admission, as well as to remove person(s) if deemed necessary at any of its events. This action will only be taken under exceptional circumstances.
